Introduction

I’m Emily Barkakati.  I’m currently getting my doctorate in violin performance and I have a job at a local arts organization, which means I spend most of my time engulfed in music.  Sometimes I get tired of music, and then I do stuff like read or watch movies or do crafts or take photos.  My boyfriend is pre-med and works in a lab, so I get to hear a lot of nerdy science-talk too.  This is a place for me to share pieces of things that I love.  I hope you love some of them too.
